1. General shipping information

- Shipping with: DHL, Deutsche Post
- Shipping days: Mon-Fri, within 3-5 working days (after receipt of payment)

We ship exclusively with DHL (or a comparable shipping partner) – insured and with tracking.
IMPORTANT: The shipping costs include various surcharges and taxes that are withheld by DHL.
We pass on the shipping costs (including packaging) almost 1:1 to you and earn nothing at all!

5. Customs & taxes (for non-EU customers)
📦 Note for customers outside the EU:
Orders to countries outside the EU are DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid)!This means that import duties such as import sales tax and customs duties, if applicable, are to be borne by the buyer upon delivery!
These are not included in the product price or shipping.
6. Packaging & sustainability
We ship as plastic-free as possible and use recycled cardboard wherever possible.
